Our rooms for your workshop or shoot
A calm, elegant space in the north of Munich for your workshop, seminar, event or photo and video shoot. We rent out our three rooms for a minimum of two hours – one-off or on a regular basis.
Studio 1 – the large hall: around 80 square metres with floor-to-ceiling windows facing east and large windows to the north and south. Room for 14 to 16 participants.
Studio 2 – the small mirror room: around 20 to 25 square metres with wall mirrors and mobile ballet barres. Ideal for small groups of 4 to 5 people.
Studio 3 – the yoga room on the lower floor: around 28 square metres with daylight and cosy boho furnishings. Room for 8 participants.
Included: premium mats and props, a sound system, a changing room with lockers, a reception area and separate toilets – in a bright, elegant setting that also looks great in photos and videos.
Bus 60 stops about 70 metres from the studio, Fasanerie S-Bahn station is about 800 metres away, and you'll find free parking in the surrounding streets.

What can I rent the rooms for?
For workshops, seminars and events in small groups, as well as photo and video shoots. Tell us what you're planning – we'll let you know whether it's a good fit and which room suits it best.
How much does it cost?
That depends on the room and the duration. The minimum booking is two hours, and there are packages for a half day (4 hours) and a full day (8 hours). Send us your preferred date and we'll make you an offer.
When are the rooms available?
That depends on our timetable. Tell us the day, time and duration – we'll let you know which room is free.
What equipment can I use?
Premium mats and props, a sound system and, in the mirror room, mobile ballet barres. There's also the reception area, a changing room with lockers and separate toilets.
What are the house rules?
Food is not allowed in the rooms. Please put the equipment back after use and hand over the room on time so the next class can start in a relaxed way.
How do I send a request?
