Our studio

Our boutique studio is located at Lassallestraße 75 in northern Munich — centrally located yet nestled in a quiet setting.

The studio features three individually designed rooms: The large dance studio, measuring approximately 80 square meters, features floor-to-ceiling windows facing east as well as large windows facing north and south, creating a bright and inspiring atmosphere. It’s perfect for dance, Pilates, barre training, and larger yoga sessions. The second room - designed specifically for children’s ballet - features south-facing windows, mirrored walls, and movable ballet bars. It’s ideal for bodywork in a focused environment. Our third room in the basement is a retreat for yoga, meditation, and relaxation: at approximately 28 square meters, it can accommodate up to eight participants. Three windows with floor-to-ceiling, sheer curtains let in soft natural light, while the boho-style decor creates a warm, grounded atmosphere.

Our rooms are modern in design and equipped with high-quality equipment. The equipment includes Pilates/yoga mats, Pilates balls, mobile ballet bars, an inviting reception area, separate sanitary facilities, and a spacious changing room with lockers. The atmosphere is deliberately friendly, clear, and calming — a place to feel good, arrive, and focus. Thanks to frosted glass film on the windows, sufficient privacy is always maintained despite the brightness.

The transport links are ideal: the „Himmelschlüsselstraße“ bus stop (line 60) is around 70 meters away, and the Fasanerie S-Bahn station is only about 800 meters away. There are numerous free parking spaces available directly at the studio and in the surrounding side streets. We also offer sufficient space for strollers and bicycles in front of the studio.
