Yoga Hatha x Vinyasa

Calm meets flow – a practice that centres and strengthens you

Yoga Hatha x Vinyasa

In this class, the calm and clarity of Hatha Yoga come together with the flowing dynamics of Vinyasa. The result is a balanced practice that gives you space to consciously arrive in yourself while immersing yourself in a harmonious flow of movement.

From Hatha Yoga come powerful postures that you enter mindfully and hold for a few breaths – for stability, strength and clear alignment. From Vinyasa come flowing transitions in which movement and breath become one. Together they strengthen your whole body, improve your mobility and bring you into a calm, steady rhythm.

Strengthening postures, fluid transitions and conscious breathing give you stability, lightness and new energy. There is always room to listen to your own body and practise at your own pace.

Yoga Hatha x Vinyasa is suitable for all levels – whether you are just starting out with yoga or have been practising for a while. Our teachers show you variations so you can adapt each posture to your body and to how you feel that day.

A class that centres you, strengthens you and sends you back into your day with fresh energy.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Yoga Hatha x Vinyasa?

Yoga Hatha x Vinyasa combines two yoga styles in one class: the calm and clarity of Hatha Yoga with the flowing dynamics of Vinyasa. Strengthening postures, fluid transitions and conscious breathing form a balanced practice that centres and strengthens you. A class lasts 60 minutes.

What is the difference between Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga?

In Hatha Yoga, you enter each posture mindfully and hold it for a few breaths – the focus is on alignment, strength and calm. In Vinyasa Yoga, the postures flow into one another and every movement follows your breath. Our class combines both: you find stability in the held postures and lightness in the flow of movement.

Is Yoga Hatha x Vinyasa suitable for beginners?

Yes, the class is suitable for all levels. Our teachers show you variations for every level and guide you mindfully through the practice. You listen to your body and practise at your own pace – whether you're just starting out with yoga or have been practising for a while.

Do I need to be particularly flexible?

No. Flexibility isn't a prerequisite – it develops over time. Yoga isn't about perfection but about awareness, breath and movement – everyone starts from wherever they are right now.

How does Yoga Hatha x Vinyasa differ from your other yoga classes?

Yoga Hatha x Vinyasa combines the calm and clarity of Hatha Yoga with the flowing dynamics of Vinyasa – a balanced practice of strengthening postures and harmonious movement. Yoga Lunch Flow follows a similar idea in a more compact format: 45 minutes as a mindful break in the middle of the day. Evening Flow Yoga is gently dynamic and designed to help you wind down at the end of the day. Flow Yoga and Slow Yoga Flow guide you through the class at a calmer pace and invite you to experience individual postures for longer. For special stages of life, we also offer Pregnancy Yoga, Yoga Mum & Baby, Kids' Yoga and Parent & Child Yoga.

What should I bring to Yoga Hatha x Vinyasa?

Please bring a towel – it's mandatory for hygiene reasons. If you forget yours, you can rent one at the studio for €2. Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely; for a secure grip on the mat, we recommend non-slip socks (Pilates or grip socks). Please also bring something to drink (no glass bottles). We provide mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps at the studio free of charge.

Can I take part if I have physical complaints or am pregnant?

Please let your teacher know about any complaints before class so she can adapt your practice individually. If you have acute pain or have recently had surgery, we recommend consulting your doctor beforehand. During pregnancy, we recommend our Pregnancy Yoga, and after birth Yoga Mum & Baby – both are specifically tailored to these stages. Feel free to get in touch, we're happy to advise you.
