Frequently Asked Questions
What is Pilates All-In-One?
Pilates All-In-One is a best-of Pilates: gentle mobilisation, challenging strength sequences and flowing movements alternate in one class – sometimes playful, sometimes demanding. The class takes place on Saturdays and lasts 60 minutes.
What does an All-In-One class look like?
We start with gentle mobilisation to wake up your body. Then we move into challenging strength sequences and keep returning to flowing movements in between. This way, you feel your whole body and start your Saturday feeling fit.
Why Pilates on a Saturday?
The class is the perfect wake-up call for your weekend: you get your circulation going, loosen up your body after the working week and head into your Saturday with fresh energy – with the good feeling of having already done something for yourself.
Is Pilates All-In-One suitable for beginners?
Yes. Every exercise comes with suitable variations, and you set your own pace and intensity. The varied mix lets you get to know many facets of Pilates – a great way in if you want to find out what you enjoy most.
How does All-In-One differ from your other Pilates classes?
All-In-One brings together much of what our Pilates classes offer in a single session: mobilisation, strength and flow. If you're looking for pace and endurance at the weekend, Weekend Pump Pilates is the right choice. Pilates Full Body Flow is our well-balanced full-body workout, and with Pilates Core Power, Pilates Strong Back & Core, Pilates Legs & Glutes and Pilates Sculpt & Tone, you can set specific focuses.
What should I bring to Pilates All-In-One?
Please bring a towel – it's mandatory for hygiene reasons. If you forget yours, you can rent one at the studio for €2. Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely, and bring something to drink (no glass bottles). We train in non-slip socks (Pilates or grip socks). We provide mats and all other equipment at the studio.
Can I do All-In-One during pregnancy or after giving birth?
During pregnancy, we recommend our Prenatal Pilates class, which is fully tailored to the needs of this time. After birth, it's best to start with Postnatal Pilates, which we offer as a fixed course block, or with Pilates Mum & Baby before returning to more intensive classes. Feel free to get in touch, we're happy to advise you.
